There are no standard answers here. Amidst the twists and turns and uncertainty, we simply need to continuously re-understand ourselves.

Across different countries and roles

From administration and operations management to creation and brand building,
Then there's living abroad and career transitions.

Standing at the intersection of different systems and cultures for a long time.

These experiences have made me familiar with the state of "transformation"—
That moment, uncertain yet changing.

I believe that career plateaus are not due to a lack of ability.
Rather, the narrative and structure are not yet aligned.

Often, it's not that people don't know what to do,
Rather, they don't know what kind of story they are telling.

When experiences are rearranged,
The direction will naturally emerge.

There is no quick fix here.
No one makes decisions for you.

What we need is some time and space.
Make your thinking clear.

If you are at a turning point,
Perhaps we can talk about it.

How do we move forward?

01

LISTEN
Listen to the complete story first, instead of rushing to analyze it.

02

CLARIFY
Clarify the real problem, not just the surface anxiety.

03

STRUCTURE
Organizing scattered experiences into a comprehensible framework.

04

REFRAME
Reconsider your choices and don't rush into making a decision.
